Via Curbed
A new Hudson Yards rental that’s located just a few blocks away from the Javits Center has now launched leasing on its 118 apartments. The 12-story building has been developed as a joint venture between Joy Construction and MADDD Equities, and stands at 445 West 35th Street, near Dyer Avenue.
Apartments here come in studios through three-bedrooms variants with prices starting at about $3,000/month. The units come fitted with oak hardwood flooring, white caesarstone countertops, Italian cabinetry, deep soaking tubs and black stainless steel fixtures in the bathroom, and double-pane windows with retractable solar shades; some of the apartments also have private terraces. The rentals also come with a host of appliances including washers and dryers by Bosch, dishwashers, and Liebherr refrigerators. The interiors were designed by INC Architecture & Design.
Amenities at 445, as this building is known, include a rooftop terrace with grills, a residents lounge, bicycle storage, and a fitness center. 445 was jointly developed with the 12-story rental at 411 West 35th Street, which is known as The Lewis. Leasing at this new rental is being handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
