Built to suit 90,000 square foot community facility office building to be delivered turn-key to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a long term tenant.
The property was acquired from the Archdiocese of NY in 2014 for $21mm. The developer was able to relocate an existing educational tenant that operated in a 25,000 sf building on the site. After relocating the tenant to a new facility, the school building was demolished. In 2017, a long term lease was executed with Memorial Sloan Kettering and construction commenced to build a Class A community facility for one of the worlds premier health care institutions.
